- College student and her mother traveled to Jeju, violating the reommended quarantine
- Entered Korea March 15
- Went to Jeju March 20
- Came back to Seoul
- Mother tested positive on March 24
- They were infected--daughter even had symptoms before going to Jeju
- 38 people are now in quarantine
- All places they’ve stayed at have been disinfected
